I remember that theatre! It was ginormous, but rather flat.

The old theaters in SF are dropping like flies. The Coronet, where Star Wars premeried, closed down last year. The Alexandria down the street on Geary is still going. Kind of sad.

Not to mention, they dropped ticket prices to $7.50 for the duration of the fest. That doesn't bode well.

I'll be heading there at least three times over the next month or so: Braveheart, any or all of the Indiana Jones films, and possibly the Rings films.
